We are looking for support for our order processing team. In direct exchange with our international partners and customers you are responsible for the processing and coordination of our customer orders. Support our customers along the entire process from the first inquiry to the delivery of the product and the corresponding customs and export handling.
Your Future Role
Support of our customers and partners by phone and e-mail
Processing of national and international customer orders (incl. customs and export processing)
Close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments e.g. accounting, production and support.
General administrative tasks
Your Experience and Personality
Completed training or studies with a commercial background, comparable training or professional experience
Customer and service oriented personality
Very good written and spoken English
Confident handling of the MS Office package
Independent, responsible and conscientious way of working
Experience in working with ERP-Systems is an advantage
