The TQMC603 is a standard single-width QMC module conforming to the VITA 93.0 standard for small form factor (SFF) mezzanine modules. This robust QMC module offers 20 galvanically isolated digital outputs, making it ideal for high-reliability control and automation environments.
Each output operates with a 5 V – 36 V supply and can drive up to 0.3 A continuously. Outputs are fully protected against short circuits, reverse polarity, thermal overload, and overvoltage conditions up to 65 V. Individual fault status for each output is software readable, enabling real-time diagnostics and fault management.
The TQMC603’s outputs are highly flexible — each output can be software configured as a high-side switch, low-side switch, or push-pull driver, giving engineers full control over output behavior based on application needs.
To enhance safety, the QMC module includes a built-in hardware watchdog that automatically clears all outputs in the event of a trigger failure, ensuring system integrity under fault conditions.
Available in both air cooled and conduction cooled variants, the TQMC603 is suitable for rugged deployments in industrial, military, and embedded systems.
