The TQMC602 is a standard single-width QMC module conforming to the VITA 93.0 standard for small form factor (SFF) mezzanine modules. This feature-rich QMC module offers 16 galvanically isolated digital inputs and 16 isolated digital outputs, making it ideal for a wide range of control and monitoring applications.

The outputs operate on a 5 V to 36 V supply and can deliver up to 0.3 A continuously per output. Each output is protected against short circuits and overvoltage up to 65 V, reverse polarity, and thermal overload, ensuring long-term reliability in rugged environments. Outputs are grouped in sets of eight, with isolation from the system and group-to-group. Each group is software configurable as high side or low side switches.

A hardware watchdog automatically clears all outputs in the event of a trigger failure, enhancing system safety.

On the input side, the QMC module supports 15 V to 60 V signaling voltages across all 16 isolated inputs. Inputs are grouped in sets of eight, each group with its own isolated ground, providing protection against ground loops and electrical interference. Inputs feature a high-performance detection circuit with a defined switching point, built-in polarization protection, and programmable debounce filtering for clean signal acquisition.

All digital inputs support interrupt generation with programmable edge detection for rising, falling, or both edges, giving engineers precise control in real-time applications.

Available in both air cooled and conduction cooled variants, the TQMC602 is suitable for rugged deployments in industrial, military, and embedded systems.
