The TQMC604 is a standard single-width QMC module conforming to the VITA 93.0 standard for small form factor (SFF) mezzanine modules. This high-reliability QMC module provides 32 galvanically isolated digital outputs, engineered for demanding applications.
Each output operates on a 5 V to 36 V supply and delivers up to 0.15 A continuously. Outputs are protected against short circuits, reverse polarity, thermal overload, and overvoltage events up to 65 V, ensuring durable performance in harsh environments.
For added design flexibility, the outputs are isolated from the system and in groups of eight, also isolated against each other. Each group of eight can be software configured as either high-side or low-side switches, enabling precise control across varied system architectures.
A built-in hardware watchdog enhances system safety by automatically clearing all outputs in the event of a trigger failure, minimizing risk in mission-critical deployments.
Available in both air cooled and conduction cooled variants, the TQMC604 is suitable for rugged deployments in industrial, military, and embedded systems.
