The TQMC601 is a standard single-width QMC module conforming to the VITA 93.0 standard for small form factor (SFF) mezzanine modules. This versatile QMC module features 32 isolated digital inputs, enabling safe and reliable signal acquisition from a wide range of external sensors and industrial devices.
Each input supports signaling voltages from 15 V up to 60 V, making it ideal for robust environments. Inputs are organized into four groups of eight, with each group sharing a common input ground. All groups are electrically isolated from one another to prevent cross-interference.
Designed for high reliability, the TQMC601 QMC module includes advanced input circuitry with polarization protection, a clearly defined switching threshold, and built-in electronic debounce on every input. Debounce timing is programmable, ensuring precise signal integrity even in noisy conditions.
All 32 inputs can generate interrupts on edge detection. Edge detection (rising/falling/both) is fully configurable to suit application requirements.
Available in both air cooled and conduction cooled variants, the TQMC601 is suitable for rugged deployments in industrial, military, and embedded systems.
